Shipping policy 

FashionSava is pleased to offer **Free Shipping** to customers within the United States and U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes, 
all US Military bases, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, 
New Zealand, and Australia.
We do not ship to customers in the other countries at this time.

1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During peak seasons or sales events, order processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Rates 

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

3. Shipping Time and Fees :

  •  ECONOMY  : $0.00  5 - 8 business days.
  •  STANDARD : $9.90  3 - 4 business days.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Hazellea Media LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@haeska.com. Provide your order number, details of the damage or issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
