  • Oceania:
    Australia, New Zealand

  • Europe & United Kingdom:
    United Kingdom, Austria, France, Germany, Bulgaria, Poland, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden

  • Middle East & Asia:
    United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Japan

Orders from countries not listed above are currently not available for shipping.


2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.


3. Shipping Rates

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Shipping costs are built into our product pricing, so no additional shipping fee is charged at checkout.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: Estimated delivery within 6–12 business days after order processing.

  • International (Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Japan): Estimated delivery within 7–16 business days after order processing.

Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing and carrier schedules. If your order arrives sooner than estimated, consider it a welcome bonus!


5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your order’s progress.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • FashionSava is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

  • Any additional charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Damages and Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@fashionsava.com.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve them promptly.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Upon inquiry, we will provide tracking details, delivery date, and carrier information to help you investigate with the carrier.
