FashionSava Return & Refund Policy

At FashionSava, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a fair and transparent return policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.


1. Return Eligibility & Window

  • Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

    • With all original tags and packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, shapewear, lingerie)

  • Swimwear

  • Beauty products

  • Face masks

  • Jewelry

  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked on product pages)


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@fashionsava.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. We’ll respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

📦 You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval.


3. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Additional Time: Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take a few extra days to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@fashionsava.com

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already begun processing or shipped.
