Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
  • Some items, such as intimate apparel (underwear, shapewear), swimwear, and clearance items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items may also be final and non-returnable (please check product descriptions for specific details).

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at support@fashionsava.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return address.
  2. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
  3. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees unless otherwise stated for specific products. Any applicable restocking fees will be clearly indicated in the product listing.

Refund Processing Time:

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@fashionsava.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we may not be able to stop the order from shipping.
  • If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process once it arrives.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Intimate wear (underwear, shapewear, etc.)
  • Swimwear
  • Clearance items
  • Final sale items (as indicated on product descriptions)

Shipping Responsibility for Returns:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
